Hilltop Road has received the NAB Schools First Impact Award of $30,000. Over 750 schools applied for this prestigious award. Hilltop Road was one of the 17 NSW winners. Our application 'Strong Community Stronger Students' highlighted our schools achievements with the Garden Club and Ready Set Go for Kindergarten. The award recognises community partnerships such as TAFE Outreach Granville and Club Merrylands Bowling who have supported and worked in our school. A big thank you Mrs Anne Cuskelly and Mrs Catherine Gregory for writing our award winning submission.
The Judges said: "There is certainly evidence that this is a strong community partnership that has resulted in more resilient students. There is a strong commitment from all partners involved."
